Jan Mizrahi is the Founder, President and Portfolio Manager of JM Fund Management Inc. Prior to founding JM Fund Management Inc., Mr. Mizrahi was a portfolio manager at Venator Capital Management Ltd. Mr. Mizrahi’s principal duty at Venator was managing the Venator Catalyst Fund since inception December 31, 2007. Prior to Venator, Mr. Mizrahi held positions at RBC Capital Markets and RBC Dominion Securities. Mr. Mizrahi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business – York University, where he is on the Dean’s Honour List. He holds a CFA Charter and is a member of the Toronto CFA Society.
